The shopping was fast, packaging was amazing but the quality, even though well started was still understated. There are a lot of options for lithium conversions and this is the best I found. I don't have a cash to waste so I did research and couldn't be more happy with your product.
I am quite happy with the performance and power of the battery. Cool steel case makes it indestructible. At a 90% charge I played 18 holes and came back with 76%.
The only problem that I had was the actual connector that mounts neat the forward/reverse selector is incorrect and will not fit. I went back and forth with customer service and event sent pictures. I could only communicate via email as there is no phone number. Customer service basically said to just plug it in directly off the charger. I expected to get a connector to replace the standard precedent connector. Apparently it is up to me to design and fabricate something to make the noviac connector. This part was poorly designed and the customer service was, at best, horrible.
The delivery date was as estimated in the order confirmation email. Installation was relatively simple(except for lifting the old batteries out 😜. On my 2016 Exgo rxv I mounted the on / off switch and the monitor screen on the panel where the battery level indicator was and it seems to work better than using the supplied mounting panel although it is a little more work. I was able to mount the battery to the existing battery tray using 3” bolts thru existing holes in the tray. The change in cart performance is significant and it’s only been 2 weeks but I am pleased with the whole package in terms of quality .
The battery is performing Very Good , it is powerful as I installed the 72 V pack on my Golf Cart , 2002 Ford Think Neighbor. The only advice I have on the Manual is to add in there that you note to turn on the Breaker Switch on the battery after installation ! So far I played 3 -18 hole rounds of golf and still have 40% battery , that is approximately 20% usage of battery per 18 hole round of Golf , of course that depends on the terrain of your course , My course has quite a bit of up and down terrain approximately 4.5 to 5 miles per -18 holes. That is still quite a bit of golf on one charge !
