Order Processing

Processing Time: After receiving the order confirmation email, the order will be processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive another notification when the order is shipped.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: We offer standard shipping for all orders within the continental United States. Delivery usually takes 2–5 business days.
  • International Shipping: At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We only ship within the United States, excluding Alaska and Hawaii.

Shipping Benefits

  • Small Shipping fee: We charge only $50 for all orders which contains a battery. Accessories orders are free in shipping.

Shipping Restrictions

  • PO Boxes: We do not ship to PO Boxes. Please provide a physical shipping address.
  • Dangerous Goods: Due to regulatory restrictions, some products may be classified as dangerous goods and cannot be shipped to all areas. If your order contains such items, we will contact you and provide alternative shipping options.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track the progress of your order through the carrier's website.

Delivery Issues

  • Delayed Delivery: While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, carrier delays, or holidays. We appreciate your understanding and patience.
  • Lost or Damaged Package: If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact our Customer Service team immediately. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund.

Address Changes

If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee changes after the order has been processed and shipped.
