Below are some common questions about our products
Is it ok to leave a battery connected to charge overnight?
Our charger communicates directly with the battery’s BMS through a built-in protocol. If the battery is fully charged or if any charging irregularities are detected, the charger will automatically shut off. This prevents overcharging or overheating, so there’s no risk of a catastrophic failure while driving or when the cart is stored in your garage.
Is there any way to override the auto-sleep function so the batteries DO NOT shut off?
We currently set 2 hours auto-sleep. But if it is keeping discharge, it would go sleep. Also, you can press the button to open battery.
It's showing a insulation fault level 3, what does this mean?
The insulation fault warning indicates that the system has detected a possible exposed wire or leakage risk in the external wiring connected to the battery.
Since this is a low-voltage system, the warning is mainly a reminder or precaution, not affecting battery use. Please just check the wiring to make sure there’s no damaged insulation or moisture around the connections.
How to deal with precharge fault?
For precharge fault, please try close light or audio before open the battery. Ensuring no additional devices draw power at the moment the battery is turned on.
Switching the cart to Tow mode and then back to Run can indeed help avoid the precharge fault issue.
How to do when there is no power to terminals on fully charged battery?
Please check to see if it's powered on. The BMS (Battery Management System) isn't activated unless the battery is turned on via the button on the monitor.
What battery level should be maintained at?
Maintaining the battery level between 50% and 70% is ideal, but occasionally charging it to 100% is also fine.
